Ben Quint


Mr. Quint joined Zayla Partners as a Consultant in 2022, supporting compensation committees and management teams across a variety of executive compensation and governance-related issues. He provides data-backed advice to public, private and non-profit  companies on pay benchmarking, non-employee director compensation, peer group development, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, 280G and Shareholder Value Transfer. His projects have spanned a variety of industries including multiple segments of the energy sector, technology, construction & engineering, transportation, real estate, banking, manufacturing and more.

Prior to Zayla, he helped dozens of public companies across the country while working in the Houston office of a large executive compensation consulting firm. Ben holds an MBA and BA from The University of Tulsa.
