Mr. Quint joined Zayla Partners as a Consultant in 2022, supporting compensation committees and management teams across a variety of executive compensation and governance-related issues. He provides data-backed advice to public, private and non-profit companies on pay benchmarking, non-employee director compensation, peer group development, short-term and long-term incentive plan design, employment agreements and 280G related matters.
As a strategic advisor to clients across a variety of industries including multiple segments of the energy sector, technology, construction & engineering, transportation, real estate, and manufacturing, Mr. Quint understands clients value guidance beyond just the data as they look to structure compensation programs that differentiate amongst the competition and align with business strategy.
Prior to Zayla, he helped dozens of public companies nationwide while working in the Houston office of a large executive compensation consulting firm. Ben holds the Compensation Committee Certification from the Economic Research Institute along with an MBA and BA from The University of Tulsa.
