
Mr. Quint joined Zayla Partners as a Consultant in 2022. His work consists of analyzing comprehensive sets of compensation data and reviewing corporate financial performance while assembling custom client reports. Mr. Quint’s experience includes executive and non-employee director compensation, non-profit compensation, and annual and long-term incentive design.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Quint held a similar position at Pearl Meyer, where he focused on clients in a variety of industries across the country. After completing an MBA, Ben spent time working in financial services for a boutique wealth management firm in Tulsa.
