Ms. McGuire joined Zayla in 2026 as a Principal. She has more than a decade of experience advising clients on compensation, total rewards, workforce strategy, and organizational effectiveness. Her experience spans both consulting and in-house leadership roles, helping organizations align rewards programs with business objectives while navigating complex talent and compensation challenges.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley worked for a global consulting firm, where she specialized in providing consultative data solutions for institutional investors and public funds. Prior to that, she led the total rewards function for a luxury retailer during its e-commerce spin-off, supporting the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation. Earlier in her consulting career, Ashley advised clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing, on compensation and total rewards strategy.
Ashley holds Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations. She earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership & Development from Maryville University and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Saint Louis University.
