Mr. Keas has spent the last 15 years as a consultant and practice leader for two leading executive compensation and corporate governance firms. He has served as the lead advisor to many large, leading public companies, privately held organizations, and nonprofit companies on executive compensation, non-executive compensation, board of director compensation, and corporate governance programs.
He has served as an author, feature commentator, and public speaker on a variety of compensation matters.
Mr. Keas serves as a strategic partner to various continuing education organizations focused on corporate governance and compensation matters, having worked with both the Colorado and Texas Tri-Cities chapters of the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, as well as other various industry-oriented organizations.
