Consultant
Mr. Pickering joined Zayla Partners in 2022 as a Consultant. His role consists of performing data analytics for corporate financial performance. Mr. Pickering’s experiences include the use of trends and analysis incorporated into college athletic decision making. He also analyzed film and schematics to help his organization be successful.
Senior Consultant
Mr. Quint joined Zayla Partners as a Consultant in 2022. His work consists of analyzing comprehensive sets of compensation data and reviewing corporate financial performance while assembling custom client reports. Mr. Quint’s experience includes executive and non-employee director compensation, non-profit compensation, and annual and long-term incentive design.
Office Manager
Mrs. Sprauer joined the Zayla team in August of 2022. She is the glue to the Zayla office day-to-day operations, accounting and human resources while providing administrative support to partners and staff.
Marketing & Design Manager
Ms. Penny joined the Zayla team in October 2022. Mykalynn is a seasoned marketing director with a focus on digital marketing and design. She also specializes in public relations, social media, and brand awareness.
