Mr. Crawford has over 25 years of strategic compensation and corporate governance consulting experience advising over 250 public, private and not-for-profit organizations.
Principal
Mr. Lamport joined Zayla Partners in 2024 as a Principal. He has been advising clients across a range of industries and sizes on all matters of compensation and related corporate governance for nearly a decade.

Ms. Mayo’s experience spans executive and board of director compensation, annual and long-term incentive plan design, change-in-control, employment agreements, and litigation support, among other topics.
Manager
Mr. Quint joined Zayla Partners as a Consultant in 2022. His work consists of analyzing comprehensive sets of compensation data and reviewing corporate financial performance while assembling custom client reports.
Data Analytics Manager
Mr. Brown joined Zayla Partners in 2023. His role consists of performing data analytics for corporate financial performance. Mr. Brown’s experience is in analyzing data and reporting on trends. He obtained his Masters of Statistics from Texas A&M.
Marketing and Design Manager
Ms. Penny joined the Zayla team in October 2022. Mykalynn is a seasoned marketing director with a focus on digital marketing, communication and design. She also specializes in social media and brand awareness.
Office Manager
Mrs. Sprauer joined the Zayla team in August of 2022. She is the glue to the Zayla office day-to-day operations, accounting and human resources while providing administrative support to partners and staff.
